Sales & Distribution
We hold a valid wholesale dealer’s license, which enables us to sell & distribute pharmaceutical products throughout the country using our extensive client networks. We have a well-designed warehouse to facilitate the storage of imported goods, and we follow the Good Distribution Practice as per GMP. We also have a well-defined system to handle product complaint and product recall if required.
Importation
We are approved by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) to import various pharmaceutical products, medical devices & medical consumables. We facilitate importation of commercial products, samples and promotional materials in Kenya.
Regulatory services
We provide technical & advisory services regarding GMP inspection & approval of factory, product analysis, product registration and work as Local Technical Representative for the manufacturers who are willing to register, export & market their products in Kenya.
Marketing
We conduct market research, launching of products and promotional activities, arrange clinical meetings, special promotional campaigns etc. We also provide back office support for the Principles like recruitment and training of Medical Representatives, managing team of Medical Representatives, reporting the sales and stock of products, analyzing market-wise sales performance etc. through our ERP system.
